# What is the Online Life Coaching Program at SWIHA?

**Applies to:** All potential and current students looking to enroll in the **100 Hr. Certificate of Excellence Online Life Coaching Program.**

This Online Certificate of Excellence provides the education and training you need to help your clients find their purpose or passion, expand their awareness, improve their performance, overcome obstacles, and, ultimately, enhance their quality of life.

**What does a Life Coach do?**

- Life Coaches help with relationships, careers, business goals, communication, motivation, health, and even spiritual grounding.
