# What is the Yoga Studio Schedule at Spirit of Yoga?

**Applies to:** Those who want to take a public yoga class at the Spirit of Yoga Studio in Tempe, Arizona.

Spirit of Yoga (SOY) is a public Yoga Studio owned and operated by the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA). SOY offers regularly scheduled drop-in yoga classes to the community with a comprehensive class schedule of diverse yoga styles including:

- Yin
- Ashtanga
- Hatha
- Yoga Nidra
- Power Vinyasa
- Inspired Flow
- Restorative Yoga
- Meditation in Motion
- Chakra Balancing All Levels
- Strength & Stability
- \*\*Student Practicum
- *And much more*

\*\*Practicum Classes are taught by students in our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) completing certification hours, or our Advanced YTT students. All Practicum Classes are complimentary with the completion of a Feedback Form for student development.
